New technologies are drastically changing the demands of building. The opportunities offered by the current system Building information modeling (BIM) allow to foreshadow the projectual solution and the enforcement procedures by innovative ways.

A.T. srl has been using instruments and digital techniques which allow virtual modelling of building and infrastructure works, since many years ago.

Thanks to these tecniques it is possible showing built environment, simulating and figuring out how the project could be able to involve the context, the effects that stages of work could be able to make on the surrounding environment and coherence of operational procedures of building site by informing contractors and actors and the effects of choices made.

Thanks to this technique allows do assess the planned building, it’s influence on the environment and the influence of the environment on the building.
