The staff is able to assume, in the development of the orders, a strategic role providing the representation of the customer in the management and administration of contracts by defining, setting and sharing strategies and intent.

Thanks to the interdisciplinary nature and the experience gained in the various sectors, the AT is able to carry out effective coordination of all the parties involved in the building process by collaborating to define the budget and the time schedule, exercising a continuous and competent control of any deviations, identifying promptly the corrective measures deemed necessary, optimizing the design solutions with the aim of minimizing time and costs in compliance with the expected quality levels. During the development of the contract, the AT is able to maintain precise and timely reporting in order to keep the client constantly informed of the progress of the contract, identifying and assessing the potential risks involved and defining the mitigation measures.

The AT collaborates with the client in preparing the necessary documentation for tendering and awarding tenders by providing management, analysis and evaluation of the offers and providing support for contracting by providing, where required, direct management of purchases and formulation of Procurement Plan from pre-qualification of suppliers up to checks on final acceptance of supplies.
